My research focuses on the economic analysis of the law and in particular on how economic actors’ behavior is affected by legal rules. My current projects deal with issues within the economic analysis of intellectual property law, focusing on the relationship between authors and inventors, distributors, and consumers, and contract law, and in particular the process and regulation of mass contracting. The parties’ decision making process and their ability to anticipate and account for future contingencies are crucial elements in my research.
