Interests:  Individual differences in decision making, in particular self-report assessment measures. I have developed a 45-item Decision Making Styles inventory that assesses propensity to use an analytical, intuitive, and/or avoidant-regret based styles. Empirical research addresses (1) scale item quality and scale validity, (2) cross cultural differences, and (3) influence of decision style on performance, confidence in judgment, regret, and self-efficacy for making both risky and riskless decisions.
