Instructional Development Specialist

I am interested in distance learning and social media usage among adult learners.  Specifically, growing a personal learning network (PLN).  Decision making is a key part of this especially in how adults become motivated for seeking learning opportunities.  Also, what type of decisions factor into who to follow and interact with in social media.  Currently, I am researching microlearning and the impact it has on personal learning environments.
