Title: Bitter Sweet Genetics

Abstract: Taste is personal, and not everyone perceives the same sensations from the same food, as will be seen in demonstrations during the seminar. The genetics of the taste system influences food preferences and provides an example of genetics as a factor in decisions that can impact health.
