My primary research interest is economic development, particularly at the international level. I am mostly interested in the topics of microfinance, education, social protection programs for low-income populations, and poverty alleviation. In my dissertation research, I examine the link between borrowing behaviors of households and their economic and social well-being, applying the multi-method approach.
